View Full Version : Kudos to 65 Amps

I bought a London head from fellow forumite Rustolium and a couple weeks after I got it the color switch started making noise. I contacted 65 Amps and Sam arranged for me to send the amp for repair. The day the amp arrived it hit the bench and was fixed burned in overnight and shipped back out to me. Sam called me the day after it was shipped for payment. I paid $150 to transfer the lifetime warranty to me, they fixed the amp and retubed it, including a Dario Miniwat ef86 and return shipped it to me all included in the price of the warranty transfer. Customer service does NOT get better than that! So I have a great amp and a great company to deal with, they could not have been nicer. Sam , if you're reading this, thanks again!

I'm glad that worked out and Kudos to 65. Sam was super cool when I talked to him about this, in fact, I think he answered the support line while he was out of the office for lunch. That is some dedication.

Sam and 65 Amps are great to work with. Best customer service I've experienced and great great amps.

i bought one of the earlier Londons and it had some issues. Dan and Peter were incredible from the start in taking care of it and turning it around quickly. Great guys standing behind a great product.
