help me make my classic50's efx loop footswitchable

i want to be able to add a volume boost to my amp. right now, the reverb is footswitchable and i am wondering if i could make the efx loop footswitchable so i can put useEQ for lead work volume boost. i know i can already run some cables out of the loop onto the floor, but those long cables tend to add a lot of noise in the loop, so i want to be able to mount my boost on top of my amp with like 5" cables and use the existing footswitch that turns reverb on/off to also turn the boost on/off. i don't want it disconnected from the verb; i want the verb and loop to be switched.

The classic 50 is not mod friendly by nature of it's PC boards.What you are proposing is hard to accomplish with that particular amp.
