I recently had some problems with my FDR and but everything in the past was fixed. So I put the amp away and decided to bring it back alive and practice but as soon as I turned the amp on I loss a lot of my volume. I describe it as a 10 would sound like 1 on the volume knob. Here is my voltages if you all can take a look them and I see everything is within specs except V5 voltages are a bit odd.

I replaced tubes swapped them around, cleaned pots but still no improvement. Hope someone can help. greg

I would suspect a cold solder joint on one of your cathode bypass caps.

Well sounds good but wouldn't that be the case if I had it running fine before I put it away?

That could very well be but if it were my amp I would get a chopstick or sharpie and probe around with the amp on for a cold solder joint. A little tip; keep one hand in your pocket at all times and probe with the other hand.
