Removing Glue From Tolex

I just removed the Marshall logo from my clone. What's the best way to remove the remaining glue without trashing the tolex?

You start with soap and water, then move on up to things like Murphy's, then you can try stuff like 409, but what is usually best for removing most adhesives is good old paint thinner. And no, paint thinner will not hurt the vinyl.

I haven't used it on tolex yet but this stuff will safely
remove most gooey, sticky, adhesivey gunk.
