Howdy.. I have a friend who wants to create his own website but doesn't want to start from scratch. I recall a thread recently which had some handy links to websites which sell templates but I can't find it any more.

Can anyone recommend me a good site to get templates from? Cheers.

templatemonster.com has some really nice looking sites. You can purchase a proprietary license too if you want to own/copyright the site look/feel so noone else can use the template.

HTML Editors like PageBreeze (http://www.pagebreeze.com/download.htm) and SiteSpinner (http://www.virtualmechanics.com/webhelp/sitespinner.html) have free versions with templates...
