Wow, that really sux. Nice steady drumming, NOT! Props to Criss for singing and cutting a girl in half at the same time but it's not strange this didn't catch on, even in the eighties.

I made it 1:32 before I had to kill it. My lord, what a concept! Magic, guitars and hair!!

The epitome of lame.

When I lived in West Hollywood in the late 80's I took some studio production classes. The teacher at the time was telling us about this new pop-metal group he was producing called Spellbinder. Same exact deal as this Chriss Angel video. The group performed magic while they performed their music. At the time I thought to myself... "What in the world??!! This band won't go anywhere!" At that moment I realized just how ridiculous and absurd the music scene in Hollywood had become.

strangely enough, i felt like this was the most perversely entertaining trainwreck ever!

i was laughing my face off. i kept thinking of comedian rich hall's take on doug henning, and at the same time stoked at all the different things angel ripped off the big singers of the day. it was like the character from the "rock star" movie if he was covered in velveeta.

that was so funny i might have to watch it again. with the volume up. (kidding) :)

EDIT: listen to the note he tries to hit at 4:30 or so.

This guy makes David Copperfield look like the embodiment of street cred.

I cannot imagine a cheesier persona.

It's as if he was born and bred for modern-day VH1 CelebReality.
