Good ad guy (graphic artist)?

Can anyone recommend someone who puts together good ads for a reasonable price? I’m looking at investing some advertising dollars into my 2009 product offerings, and I’m looking at creating 2 or 3 key ads to run in some key publications through the year.

Our own co-founder, moderator and all around great guy, Scott Peterson runs an ad agency....
