There is rice flour that my wife used to make gluten free brownies & other cookies with.
Brown rice pasta is available for great spaggetti and meatballs.

Thanks for the recipes. My wife is going to a get together this weekend and several ladies there can't eat gluten products. I am showing my wife these recipes to see if she wants to make any of them.

I had some gluten-free beer, made of sorghum, the other day. Pretty tasty.
