Like the title says, I'm playing a pirate party for a group of lawyers. It's just me and an acoustic (and yes, I have to be in a pirate costume as well). But I need to know of some pirate themed songs, or well, anything of that nature. Does any one have any clues, BECAUSE I DEFINITELY DON'T!!!!!!!
If it was celtic-themed then there would be no problem....but I don't know of any Pirate songs.

Dude, I had the weirdest gig of my life playing to a bunch of pirates.
One of them tried to come up and talk shop with me...
We also found out that one of them - quite ugly and rather old - was a hooker. Somehow she found a way to bring this up with us in between songs?!?

I'd do a bunch of Decemberists songs. They always have a bit of a sea shanty feel to them.

Make sure you do Gordon Lightfoot's "The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald"
40,000 Headmen by Traffic
Jack-a-Row although not about pirates specifically, it is about seafaring & warring (perhaps fighting pirates?)
Ship of Fools by Grateful Dead - once again, not specifically about pirates, but definitely seafaring
there's probably some more I can't find through the cobwebs, but they may come to me in a bit.

A string of pirate jokes would do.
What's a pirate's favorite letter? 'RRRRrrrrr'

Just play Jimmy Buffet tunes. Pirates hung out in the tropics and the theme of most of his songs are too.
People will drink and not give a damn anyway.:drink

Play some Pogues songs, they always sound pirate-y to me.
Or rework some of those flogging molly songs they used in 'The Departed'.
Or of course, Adam Ant had plenty of pirate songs - "Hoist the Jolly Roger", "Stand and Deliver", etc. :)
