I have a amp that has a 8 ohm internal speaker. I have a Vintgae 30 in 16 ohms. Is there any way to use the Vintage 30 or should I just buy a 8 ohm vintage 30.

What kind of amp? Best thing is to replace with the same impedance speaker (8 Ohms).
Does your amp have switchable impedance or extension speaker jacks?

If you're thinking about replacing the internal speaker: your amp should be able to take a 2/1 or 1/2 missmatch, espec. at reasonable volumes.

My amp is a Deluxe Reverb RI, which has a 8 ohm speaker. I put a G12H30 in it but it seems like it might be breaking up a little early. I've read about all of the post about Deluxe Reverb, I would like to try the V30 and I have one in my stash but it's 16 ohm.
You won't get full efficiency/power with a 2-1 impedance mismatch. Can harm your output transformer in the long run. Won't hurt your speaker though.
