itunes question

My ipod touch was set up and sync'd with my company laptop since last Christmas. I bought a laptop for myself last month. How do I or can I get all my songs from my old laptop on itunes to my new laptop. It tells me this is a seperate itunes library and can't be transferred?

There's a way to make you iPod act like a USB hard drive, I'm not sure of the specifics, but my non-techno geek sister figured it out herself, That'd be the easiest way. fill it with your tunes, and load them into the other comp

think i'll stop by the apple store tomorrow. it won't let me add pics from my new laptop unless it deletes the all the current pics either! stupid
