It was good for the 25th and 26th, but I opened it today the 27th. :cry:

On top of that, they were giving out free set of strings or turkey drumsticks. http://img3.harmony-central.com/acapella/ubb/frown.gif

PLUS, everything was 10% off ..........


Oh well, that's what happens when you don't open your mail right away :dunno

We had a ton of orange letters over the weekend. Gave away a lot of strings to people just for walking in.:banana

I had zero time this weekend to go. Completely wasted the opportunity. I need a bass guitar case and would've saved half the price with the gift card.

I went but nobody gave me free strings. I did get a little metronome with my $25 though. Only ended up costing me $16.

MIne was a credit card thing that came in an envelope. I didn't use it as it was a bad weekend when the offer was on the table.

My wife handed me 2 expired envelopes last week ... I told her it was $50 we could've put towards Christmas for the kid ... I don't think I'll miss anymore of these spiffs.
I did however get a chance to use one previously to buy the Clapton / Festival '07.

I couldn't find anything I wanted with mine, so I used the gift card that was about to expire, to buy a gift card with no expiration date. Then I can go back later and get something I want when they get new stock. :AOK

I'm thinking mine is probably in the pile of unopened mail on my wife's side of the bed. I did kind of the same thing a little while ago. I got a $5.00 card for doing a GC survey. Cool, a pack of strings, I thought, but I never got around to going down there and it expired. Oh well.

When he rang me up and pulled up my information, the manager took another 10% off because I'm a preferred customer (not sure what that means). So, I got a $1200 Fender for $950. I got no beef with Guitar Center. Yahoo! :AOK:dude:RoCkIn

How come I never get a $25 gift card ? What does one have to spend during the year to achieve a simple gift card ? Heck, I never got a thank you card after dropping $1700 on a Gibson there last fall....and the 10 percent off card doesn't do much for me either, then again, I only got two of those this year.

Not on mine. You're welcome here. In fact, I wish you worked up in Spokane and I'd come in and shoot the bull about stuff with you. I'd really like to get a get a tone-fest happening but no one in this town has a clue. (OK, that's ann exaggeration; I haven't met anyone who has a clue yet as far as gear goes though we have some fine players.)
