Any 100 watt transformer withthe right impedance for 4 6L6's should work.

Power transformers do not need to be matched to the impedance of the output tubes. They do need to be able to handle the current needs of ALL of the tubes in the amp.
Is there a specific brand you are looking at? You can call any of the decent transformer companies and they all have drop in replacements for that amp. Try Mercury Magnetics, Heyboer, Triad, or even Hammond.

I've hear the MIG-100 is just a copy of a JCM 800, but with 6L6's instead of EL34's. So if I get a power transformer for a JCM 800, do you think it will work?

My bad, I thought he meant output.

Yes it will work, but the bolt holes might not line up. Or you can just get a drop in Sovtek replacement. Probably cost exactly the same amount.
