I'm fixing this amp for a friend. He said it blew a fuse. VERY faint sound..basically no volume.. I changed ALL the tubes.. no difference. One of the Filter Caps (third one in line) fairly rapidly loses its charge immediately after power up. All the others hold their charge. I replaced ALL the filter caps and it does the same thing. The draining cap is in series with another but its (-) on the Bottom (-17v) and is across the green power xfrmr leadss( I believe the low power). Plates and screen grid are getting around 325V and the grid is at -47V (6L6's). Are the 12AX7's supposed to be getting 12V on the heater? If I plug in a cord and grab the end, I get a slight buzz in Overdirve Mode but almost nothing in normal. The REVERB when cranked up makes the most sound! ANY help is appreciated.
