Just blank chassis? I get a local aluminum fabrication shop to do mine.Depending on how many you do they are reasonable. There's likely one near you.
When I want punched chassis I go to another local machine shop. For 22 chassis they charged me 27.00 each, welded and all holes. The price obviously goes up the lower the quantity. That's .080" aluminum.

15" is wide enough for 30w. What do you suggest?

OK, that's cool and all but I have an idea that I'd love to see:

Use an auto valve cover instead. The after market ones look bad ass. They have great mounting systems that look cool. They're way sturdy and they're cheap.

Just search on eBay. These were under $30 for the pair. These are both aluminum.

I think the biggest problem is going to be cutting the holes because they are thicker than an the typical chassis.

15" is wide enough for 30w. What do you suggest? The Trainwrecks are 17" wide and I find them a bit cramped....you can buy those from Allynmey. I like at least 19" wide. http://www.komboking.worldbreak.com/custom.html
is an internet source.

I know that these aren't exactly the size you specified, but have you checked Watts Tube Audio? They offer a variety of blank amp chassis. Maybe one would work for you.

He built me some nice Hiwatt-type chassis several months ago---i sent him a nice email and he made them up---i haven't contacted him lately--- here's pics of one of the Hiwatt-type chassis he made up----i ended up building a 70's Orange OR80 clone on this chassis instead of a Hiwatt.............gldtp99

+1 for Hammond. They'll do custom chassis for you. Minimum order is 25 pieces. They also offer silk screening services, power coating etc..all at very affordable prices.

Cheers,
