Nah seriously though. I have had so much trouble getting this thing to intonate it is killing me. I know Texas Specials can be tricking when intonating and have done them many time before but this one has gote me. arg! Anybody setup a lot of SRVs with some tips. How about the string tree. I noticed that it has no spacer on it like most vintage style strats. Any ideas why?

Is your intonation mostly sharp or flat?

If your pup's are effecting your intonation you need to lower them.

String tree won't affect intonation.

You using a strobe tuner?...most guitar case tuners don't have enough resolution for intonation.

Pickups could be too close to the strings.

I've had bad strings that just refused to intonate properly. Try new set of strings.

Neck relief set to around .010"?
