Has anyone tried one of these out? I'm looking to buy one but it's pretty expensive so just trying to see what people think, thanks!

They are pretty cool and I keep mine next to the Compressor (which I tend to ignore lately). It sounds really nice and the the three swtich EQ setting is awesome. I will typically keep it on the Lo or Mid setting as I find the Hi a bit too much. The Volume is really diverse...it can really drive your amp but cleans up nicely when you back it off.
My only complaint is the lack of an LED to let you know when it is on. That being said, you can definitely tell when it is on.
I do like to change my pedalboard around, in particular with all my ODs. However, I would never think of ever removing the Diaz. I keep mine on all the time and from what I have heard, a lot of people do the same.
I would keep an eye out for a used one.

It is a very good booster! If you can't find/afford one of the Texas Ranger pedals...try a BYOC Tri-Boost. I've A-B'd the Texas Ranger and a Tri-Boost and they sound very, very similar to each other.

I just started using a Blackstar tube pedal that is a boost. I really like it. It was only $150.I think it sounds great with my Ac30.
