A lot is on the line....should be a good game. If Oklahoma wins then the BCS standing will decide who plays for the Big 12 championship. If Tech wins and Florida beats Alabama then we could see a Texas Vs. Texas Tech BCS championship game. Let the fun begin!

TT by 10......or more. The OU defense has several starters missing......and I'm not even sure that would matter.

Final prediction:

TT 51
OU 37

I'm going to be in and around Tulsa tomorrow but I hope to listen to it on the radio. Anybody know when kickoff is?

Yes.. both teams have a bye week to rest and get ready.

Oklahoma has only lost two games at home under Bob Stoops since 1999.

Of course this is aided by the fact that they never play Texas in Norman. (though they have dominated many of the games played at the neutral site Cotton Bowl in Dallas.)

Both offenses are incredible. QB's are pretty even.. Tech has better receivers overall.. though they really could be ranked A and 1A.. both are very talented. I like Tech's backs better..... Baron Batch is a beast and will be playing on Sundays in the future. Both offensive lines are massive and GREAT! I think Tech has a better chance to put pressure on Ok with just their front four and I believe that is going to be the key to the game.

Tech's defense is better than Oklahoma's this year.. with the loss of all the starters to injury by the Sooners.

After the total stomping of OSU in Lubbock, I believe this Tech team feels it can beat anyone anywhere. Still going into Norman to face the Sooners is a tall task.

Texas Tech 45
Oklahoma 38

Very close and hard hitting game.... BUT with as much talent on the field as there is.. if either team won big, I wouldn't be that surprised. Because if one team doesn't bring their A game and the other does.. the down team is going to get blasted.

This next week is going to be very long.. I can't wait.... thank goodness for UFC this Saturday night to hold me over.

Wreck 'em Tech!

Oh. I need to get my crap together. I'll actually be able to watch it. Should prove to be an even better game than I thought. OU owes Tech a stomping after last year's game (poor Sam had his bells rung, looked like he was lost in space on the sidelines), but I'm not rooting for either, just hope to see a great game between two outstanding teams.
