Yes, I'd like a mid-sixties S&W .38 Combat Masterpiece like the Air Force pilots used to carry.
I've always wanted one.

Parts, specifically bolts, selectors, extractors, pins, ect.
Not as many guns shows up here in Alaska like they had back east; man I miss sat morns in halls. All I seem to do now is watch football & cut wood.
BFG 9000 would be nice.

and I am betting you still play through that CowTipper right?
Yea that is truthfully what I usually look for too. Parts. I found some nice NOS clips and a bolt for my very old Remington Model 511 Scoremaster 22 rifle last year. 30.00 and my old friend was as good as new. I scored a Mossberg 85D bolt action 20 gauge too. Like anything else gun shows can be interesting if you go in with a plan.

I'm going to a gun show tomorrow, so whatever Tweedy doesn't get you I will. But while you're at it, I wouldn't mind a Les Baer Thunder Ranch Special.

78tsubaki, Going to a gun show with a plan?????????????????? Why thats no fun. Just have a pocket full of money and an understanding wife. Gun shows, Americana at it's best.
Ya know, ever since I got the motion sound srv-212 which I play thru TRRI (85 watts really drives those speakers), only kick the cow on from time to time. Last summer, an Indian friend from up Canada got a settlement and was down spreading the wealth with his relatives at our village; he wanted to buy her and I couldn't part with the 35 cow, even though she just sits there looking pretty. That rotary has it's claws in deep.

I have several of my dad's that I'm trying to sell at this very moment!
In fact, my son-in-law took them yesterday to have them appraised so I'd know how much they are worth!

Sell my dad's guns,,,,,,,,,, no no no, this is not done. Pass them down, will have a value higher than money can buy to your grandkids, no joke.
Once here where I live, one of the Indians sold his fathers birch homemade fiddle (his dad did several cds and you should hear him playing New Years Eve on cassette). It was terrible, but fortunately the local White guy who bought the fiddle sold it back to Indian once he got his life back together.

I don't want much. Not a gun guy, but if you can find an old .22 semi automatic rifle like the one my dad had, that'd be a cool varmint rifle. And maybe a little Saturday Night Special to keep by the bed. :D Oh, and I'll take a Slurpee and some beef jerky, too. But only if the jerky is the real deal, and not that chopped and formed stuff.
Thanks, Tweed!

Yeah I should've clarified that on the jerkey. He brought me the funky stuff.
The slurpee is going down well though.

There was a Colt .357 King Cobra for $500 clams on the barrel head that I kept looking at, but I think my 686s have better action, so I passed on it. http://img3.harmony-central.com/acapella/ubb/mad.gif
