I used to be the first in line to get a new OS. Now I need to see it in action, see that its stable, and see that it's worth my time. So far I haven't seen any of that. I'll be on XP until they force me off. It just works.

I just switched to Mac and I will probably never go back to a M$ OS (except for maintaining my wife's laptop).

I have Vista on my Laptop and XP on my desktop. I love Vista, so I'll switch my desktop next time I get on it. (as long as 7 will work with Ableton Live)
It definitely looks nice!

That said.

Yes, we all know Macs are great, and PC's suck :rolleyes:, but why can't we have a PC thread where you don't remind us about it? It's getting really old.

I'm still on XP and I plan on staying on it until they have time to work all the bugs out. Unfortunately, that never quite happened with Vista, so I passed on it. Hopefully Windows 7 will have better luck.

I never took a shot, I just said no, and I like what I have. I'm still on XP at work, and it's fine.

I'll be getting it for sure! $120 for The new Windows vs. $2500 for a Mac..no brainer.
