I am glad someone took the time to analyze this important bit of musical information:

Sorry I typed "FLUSH" wrong in the title. I don't know how to edit that.

Most flourescent lights ring in Bb and most dial tones are an F and an A. Great for tuning when you don't have a tuner around.

That's great information to have. :)
Maybe if you forgot to bring your tuner to a gig, you just bring your guitar to the lu and tune it up? That is, if you are playing tuned down to Eb like SRV and others did.

the office I work in is amazing.... when the photocopier and fax machine are operating at the same time, I hear a harmony in G.

So if I tune down a half-step and crank it, I can perhaps get the toilet to resonate and perhaps crack into a million pieces? On another note, I once farted a perfect octave- the first was a Bflat and the next was an octave higher. I knew I had musical talent!

That's pretty low. Slipknot has something new to aspire to......:drink
I did some casio gigs and the din from all the machines was all C related. Worked well for certain tunes.

I call BS.
This thread is useless without clips.
I am suprised we haven't done a "gas pitch shoot out".
Do post clips if you have them.
If we have every member post clips of them passing gas and determined the key...It could reveal alot about that GP member.
BTW, I can pass a high E...That's tenor dude.
Bass and Bari's.. I bet few will participate in TGP "Show Down"

The photos on my basement walls resonate (and shake) to F#. I think it's the paneling. I was experimenting with it the other night, big, feedback harmonics in F# and my wife came downstairs to tell me that the entire house, piano and all of our glass frames were shaking....throughout the house.
Such power!
Fender Twin / Marshall Guv'nor / LP Standard. Do try this at home.

When I get done in the bathroom all my toilet does is gurgle and choke, I bet it would love to hit an E flat.:AOK
