I have a SoundClick page and can post my clips there, but I'd like to know how so many of you simply post a link to an MP3 file, without having to use Soundclick and the additional necessary steps for listening.

Thanks!

You just need to rent some space on a server. It has it's advantages because you can just FTP stuff up there but there's monthly fees.

If you already have a website you can add your clips to the site then post the url i.e. www.mysite.com/mysong.mp3 (http://www.mysite.com/mysong.mp3)

Ok....yeah.....see.......what he's doing here, is just giving you an example. I'm gonna guess that if you click on that link, it would take you to that whole "page not found" thing. Then you'd probably feel really stupid & actually read the link....mysite.com/mysong.mp3. You know there is no such thing, right?

Just trying to help you folks out. Giving back to my fellow man & stuff. Carry on.
