I saw him once back in the '70s on the Burning Sky tour, he was great!

I read an interview with him a few months back, not sure but I think it was online.
He said that he had basically had enough (I guess he "can get enough") of touring, and was quite content.
If I find the interview, I will post a link to it. If it was in a magazine, I will let you know which one.

Great player and incredible tone no matter if he's playing a Strat, a Paul, or a LP Jr.
Awsome guitarist and a great sense of personal style, he always looked cool.

Eve though Boz will not be there, RIP, I really hope that Paul, Mick and Simon do a reunion tour soon. One of my favorite straight up rock bands. I missed the 1999 Original Bad Co. reunion. Mick's tone was meaty, powerful and defined the hard British rock of the early to mid 70's.

I was a big fan of Mott the Hoople.
Enjoyed Bad Co. too but MTH was cool!

I think he's had enough of flying. Getting him on an airplane was always a problem (according to Ian Hunter).

You may well be right (and look at the poor sod struggling with the TV camera).
I like Luther too, runs a Pub now, I think - I saw him first with Spooky Tooth (the original line up which was superb).
Best, Pete.

That '99 tour produced a great show. I caught the boys at what is now the Shark Tank in San Jose. It was not quite sold out but those of us who were there got a full dose of Bad Co. straight ahead rock and roll. They were maybe not as edgy as when they played the San Jose State Events Center show, a few years earlier but they played all the songs I wanted to hear and they played them well.
The opener for the evening was David Lee Roth and his band. I don't recall who he had on guitar that night but he did an admirable job on the EVH parts.
On another note Brian Howe who took over for Paul Rogers in Bad Co came through 2-3 years ago and played a club show which consisted mostly of songs he did with the band. His vocals were quite good and I liked several of the songs he did with Bad Co. even though I never thought I could warm up to anyone stepping in for the great Paul Rogers. FWIW he's been living in Florida for the last several years.
Mick Ralphs- If he's got the desire and could handle the rigors of touring again.......I'm there.
