You could get a partscaster type body, ie. Musikraft, have it finished in white nitro, add a scalloped rosewood fingerboard with big, CBS era headstck and install Duncan Quarter Pounder pickups.

to be honest: be glad you did. Other than the scallop job (which was copied very well from his white strat) not much else on that guitar was all that great. A partscaster with a good scallop job would be better. I had someone use it as a template for the scalloping and then I sold it.
If you really want a set-up like his white strat there was not much on that guitar that was actually correct. From the woods to the hardware, pickups, wiring, tuners, nut, etc - it looks like RB's guitar but that's it. Looks.
His #1 white strat's pickups were Schecters but the SD 1/4 Pounders are a very close copy and are fine. His tech (John "Dawk" Stillwell) used the tap. Not the full windings. So it still had a strat sound. The neck pickup went through a passive tone circuit that John can make for you probably. The body was alder. Graphtech (not black nylon or whatever is on the Blackmore strat) nut, the trem was actually the 1 piece 70's model that few people like - I would get a Callaham. He used locking tuners as well.

These are in the 2009 new Fender list.
I'm not sure why these are fetching such big bucks on Ebay right now - they were only about $800 or so a year ago.
