Why Do E-Bay Links on TGP Never Work for Me?

Anytime I click on a link someone has posted to an E-Bay Auction, it tries to load a page at "http://rover.ebay.com/rover/....." but the page never actually loads. To go to an E-Bay link that someone has posted, I have to "Reply" to the post, then cut and paste the link from the "Reply" screen.

Anybody else have this issue?

I wonder if you have some kind of spyware on your PC that is redirecting your browser to that site.

If you have any anti spyware software on your computer you should run a scan.

Supposedly, it's a legitimate E-Bay thing...

...though I don't actually pretend to understand any of that. Nor do I understand why it's happening to me and not others.

Just another item to add to my list of things that piss me off about E-Bay, I guess. :D
