I suffered an injury to my elbow tenon and rotator cuff a few weeks ago. I've been trying to mobe it, but I can only take so much. Today being the chef I did enough veg and meat parts to make stock then tied up some herb and pepper corns, bay leaves and some dried chili and did a bouquet garni. and it's delicious.
And now I am tired even though my youngest step son helped on every aspect. OK - he lacks techique and has a ways to go, but he's game to learn and that's just fine with me. I find he listens more these days since he's been helping out at the "Post" kitchen. I'm proud really - its not what you make, but how ou make it .. . . . and you'd better do it with love
