Bought a tuner in the emporium, seller shipped it the next day DHL Ground.
Then sent me the tracking info, the pedal has been sitting "ON HOLD" since the morning of the 27th in Ohio, pedal shipped from Fla. and is coming to Buffalo, NY.
WTF.......
Ohio is way the F#ck over there:jo
Maybe he shouldn't have put that crack in the battery compartment:bong

Ever since DHL announced their plans to cease its North American operations they have slowly been closing terminals and routing shipments in unorthodox ways. My guess is that believe it or not Ohio may be the closest terminal to BUffalo still in operation. I would suggest everyone stop using DHL immediately to prevent getting their freight stuck and/or lost!!

The good news, since it wasn't delivered on time, DHL will refund the shipping cost to the seller if he pursues a claim.

Yeah I've been avoiding DHL since they publicly announced they'd be sucking all over N. America... I mean closing down services.

In other words, business as usual for DHL.

I never liked DHL much. I normally ship via UPS or USPS these days. USPS is upping their prices quite a bit though so I normally stick with UPS. I have never had any huge problems or lost items though either service.

Internationally, DHL works great (never used it domestically). My shipments arrive from Singapore in 4 days - sometimes 3. I guess that's where they've put the emphasis lately as they shut down domestically.

I have previously had great results with DHL, I've shipped half a dozen very expensive amplifiers with them with no issues. I can't say the same about FedEx or UPS, they've been less than stellar. But all 3 have been torn to shreds here on TGP.
I just checked and shipment is still "ON HOLD".
Here's the tracking number :
