My Orange RV50 is relatively new and I haven't done any tube swaps or anything.
All of a sudden the reverb is crackling and spluttering a lot and very loudly...even when the amp is down low and the reverb is only on a tiny bit it makes very loud splats.
When it's not splatting it hisses loudly too.
As soon as I turn the reverb knob down all the way all the noises dissapear and the amp sounds perfectly normal.
Could this just be a simple case of swapping a new tube in for the reverb? I haven't tried yet.
