SF Twins and ground switches

What do you guys prefer when adding a 3 prong cord? This ground switch has no center position. Do you guys use the switch, by-pass it, install a 3 position switch....?

Most of the time I just disconnect/disable it/bypass it. You can wire it up so that it works like it used to using a 3-prong plug, but it's usually not worth the trouble to me and I'd just as soon not have the "cap of death" be a player anymore <G>.
