Bought myself a Christmas present

I recently bought myself a Christmas present. A 2001 masterbuilt by Art Esparza.

I'm wondering if anybody can tell me how it is finished out. A 3 way or 5 way switch. Do you think it will be a vintage or modern wiring layout and control function.

How are the pickups with these guitars?

What are your general impressions

It's my first custom shop masterbuilt and I have heard some good things about them and some not so good. So my fingers are crossed.

That is a beautiful guitar and I doubt anyone will say something "not so good" about it. :)

White Blonde? I've got a maple board Tele coming in that finish.

Fantastic.

Mohawk Finishing has a rattle can lacquer in "Maple Ivory Mist" that is very close to that; looks very compelling over ash. Not totally different than Fender "Desert Sand" in basic hue but something about a semi-trans finish and white pickguard and pup covers.
