Source for Wilkinson parts/trem arm?

I need a push-in (no threads) trem arm/whammy bar for a Wilkinson bridge (5.5 mm diameter). I find lots of sources for whole Wilkinson bridge assemblies but can't find any listings for just the bar or individual parts. Anyone have any sources or an extra 5.5 mm arm? Thanks!
