Chandler Tube Driver no mention of BK Butler...?

theres a Chandler Tube Driver for sale, its got the wall wart tranny
and BK Butler isnt written anywhere on the pedal like you usually see...? just chandler industries.... it's got 4 knobs and the input/output is on the top

can anyone tell me about these are they any good or would i be better getting one of the new ones that BK is doing?

i can't speak to old models, but the new version made by BK is AMAZING...i can't imagine any other unit sounding better than this one

That's one of the Chandler Industries versions, they're no where near as good as the smaller black five knob ones or his curent ones.

I have both - an old Chandler one just like that, and a brand new BK Butler one with the bias knob.

There is almost no comparison between them. I've been using them both at every show for maybe six or eight months, so I have plenty of experience with 'em. The Chandler is much more... Impolite. It is nasty and has more gain, and is generally brighter. It is a fun tone and can be useful - it is not a bad pedal in any way; it just isn't really anything like the Butler.

The BK Butler, on the other hand, is the best money I've ever spent on a pedal. Amazing, smooth, with a ton of options and sounds. It's quiet, well-designed, and even feels nicer. Truly wonderful. I recommend it very very highly.

I never bought it... I ended up getting the new one with bias from BK, is an absolutely stellar pedal... I love it!!!
