As far as the amp I couldn't guess, except it's maybe about 25 watts?

Home-made amp built in a Hammond steel chassis--- four preamp tubes, two output tubes, tube rectifier---is the extra pre tube running an FX loop or an external Reverb tank ?
Not the cleanest build but not bad at all----- more importantly, how does it sound ?
I've built much worse looking true PTP amps that sound killer............gldtp99

I agree, it's what it sounds like.

it sounds killer.. not a Bruno - also notorious for less than perfect builds...
but it did knock a Bruno out of the stable :-)

It has reverb.
