Here is an interview I did last time I was at Truefire filming my new DVD on gear! I do some playing, clams and all, so if you want to hear me blab and play some check it out and let me know what you think. Thanks.
Note: the video stays on the title for about 30 seconds before it really start for some reason. At first I thought it wasn't working.

Thanks John. It was fun to do, although I am not overly happy with the playing. Whateva... it was very last minute after a day of filming and had to get it done before I want to the airport. Excuses...
Yeah, Mr Tuttle will be there floating around. He will have a guitar at the DiMarzio booth for sure and the Budda booth I believe. Definitely check them out. I wish I were going but many companies are cutting back on demo guys especially if you live on the opposite coast! Damn economy.

I agree it is very long. I thought they would edit it some but... I'm not sure I could sit through me talking that long! Thanks for checking it out though.

I was a tequila man but have since rediscovered the simple joys of southern comfort. Again.
Anway, I dig how you smile & laugh when you talk about music. Refreshing to hear a pro loving and appreciative of his status and doing what so many weekend warriors dream of.
I get a little wigged out when an artist presents themselves as the micro-conduit to a higher power and gets all highfalutin about their art.
Thanks for keeping it real, Jeff - and fun!

Thanks. I am fortunate to do this for a living. It has taken years and I do get tired of the constant hustle and struggle at times. But it sould be a lot worse that and I don't know how to do anything else and I have to make it work!
I have worked with the "the universe speaks through me types" and can't stand it. That was one of my largest problems with Kitaro besides the fact that he is a jerk. He felt he was touched by the hand of god and the music of the universe flowed through him. You never heard Lennon and McCartney speak like that. You are a person first and everything else comes after that.To quote the great thinker Zakk Wydle at the NGW one year "If you are a fu*king dick nobodys gonna wanna play with you." Words of wisdom.
I'm glad you enjoyed the interview and took the time to watch it. I appreciate it.

Jeff,
Those are some phenomenal "chops"- and I'm not referring to the guitar licks.
Great playing man, I enjoyed it! It must be nice...

Yeah... that one never gets tired. I am asking for it though, it's that dead president look.
Thanks for checking it out and the compliment, I really appreciate it.

It sounds fantastic, and your whammy bar control is really something.

Thanks a lot man. I like that tune as well and I was really happy with the end result on the cd. People don't seem to notice that one that much but it is one of my favorites and most fully realized. The drummer Hari Ganglberger, did a great job and that is Ric Fierabracci on bass. Thanks for also noticing the chord stuff as well.
Thanks for watching!
