Guys-

Looking for suggestions for OD/Distortions that don't go flubby if they are following a boost. I'm using a boost for my rhythm crunch sound and my current drive boxes don't do so well with the hot signal coming out of the boost. The boost is jacked up pretty high so I need a drive box that can handle a really hot signal. I'm not looking for a high gain device. The high gain will naturally result because of the stacking.

Suggestions?

Keeley FuzzHead will work fine under this condition.

If you like the sound of your boost, why not get another to stack?

The Zendrive2 is a great pedal and sounds immaculate with a boost running before it. I run mine after a ZVex SHO and it sounds amazing. I think part of the reason is because there is tube in the Zen2, which sounds great when it's pushed by a boost.

My boost doesn't like being boosted. Tried that one. Good suggestion though.

Big Muff sounds so much better when boosted, can be noisy though depending on the boost!

I want to stick OD types, not fuzz. I'm covered with fuzz.

I like my OCD set to low drive settings after a SHO.
