I have a Godin Exit 22 and would like to change the way the pickups are wired.
The layout is like this: Humbucker (coils 1, 2) Single (coil 3) Single (Coil 4)
Currently my wiring is the factory default:
Pos 1 - Coil 4
Pos 2 - Coil 3 & 4
Pos 3 - Coil 3
Pos 4 - Coil 1+2 & 3
Pos 5 - Coil 1+2
Where + is serial and & is parallel.
I would like to slightly change it to this:
Pos 1 - Coil 4
Pos 2 - Coil 3 & 4
Pos 3 - Coil 3
Pos 4 - Coil 1 & 4
Pos 5 - Coil 1+2
How do I go about doing this?
Any advice, links, images etc are appreciated.
Thanks!

Lots of options here.
To get the 1&4 you could use a super-switch 5-way. But are you sure you want to give up the bridge/middle combo?
If you're willing to settle for 1&3 instead then you could do it with the stock 5-way switch. You would use other side of the switch to split the HB in position 4. This diagram (http://www.seymourduncan.com/support/wiring-diagrams/schematics.php?schematic=1h_2s_1v_1t_5w_as) from our friend Seymour shows how to do that.
If you do it that way you could also have the 1&4 combo by using a push/pull switch on one of the pots as "bridge on" switch. This also gives the 1&3&4 "all on" combo.
Side note: I also wonder about the volume pot value and the load mismatch between HB and SC pups. Have you found the HB pup to be very dark and/or the SC pups to be too bright? I couldn't find a stock schematic on the Godin site (http://www.godinguitars.com/godinexit22p.htm) but it does suggest turning back the tone on the neck and middle pups. Have you opened up the guitar? Please do and post some photos.
You may also want to have it switch in resistors so the HB "sees" a 500k pot but the SC's "see" a 250k. It may already be doing this but I doubt it at this price point. Or you could keep it simple and just use the tone control.

I swapped the N and M wires and now I have B, N+B, N, N+M, M. Sounds good!
I wired in 500k CTS reverse audio pots (lefty) and star grounding.
I'm gonna replace the H with a P90 soon just for kicks - maybe a slightly brighter tone.

I have mine like:
Pos 4 - Coil 2 & 3
Pos 5 - Coil 1+2
I think. In other words, in Pos 4, my HB is split so that the coil that's RW/RP compared to the one in the Middle (which I think ends up being what you're calling Coil 2) still giving me some hum-cancelling in Pos 4 ( my middle is not RW/RP, so Pos 1, 2, and 3 are not bucking, Pos 5 is because of the HB, and now Pos 4 is because of the RW/RP with the middle and the HB being split).
The only thing I'd like is to be able to tap the HB by itself too.
So anyways, I know you're trying to put the Neck and Bridge together. I know others have used blender pots for this and do it on a knob with a separate toggle (or push-top or pull-up tone pot).
Mine used the existing 5-way, so I'm pretty happy. My Pos 4 sounds like a combination of the typical strat SC version of that position, with a little bit of the "tapped-ness" of a tapped/split HB at the same time, so I really have 5 different sounds on the guitar, but all within a nice gradation of tone (i.e. none stand out as that different).
