Is there such a thinh as PC card with XLR uots?

Putting audio in our house PA from a laptop. Having a buzz issue though.
Is there anything out there, Even if it's a USB to XLR out. Also need it to be balanced

Maybe I'm missing something here, but the Line 6 UX2 has XLR outs to whatever powered speakers you might want to run. Perhaps it will run line level to a board as well...dunno.
