I`m constantly on the search for the perfect OD/Dist. pedal so I thought I would give both of these guys a try. After ordering a Cranked AC pedal I received an email almost immediately from them ,saying that the pedal would arrive w/in 2 weeks. The same w/ Chad at Cmatmods, except that he answered my email saying that the pedal would be shipped out the next day! Even though I havent got the pedals yet, I`m suitably impressed with how much these guys care about their products as well as their customers! AAAA++++ Guys!

I can only comment on Chad from CMATMODS, but you are right when it comes to him caring about his customers. I've emailed him several times, and everytime he has gotten back to me within an hour with a detail response. I sent him a Boss GE-7 to get modded, and from the day I send it, to the day I had it back was six days. He is a very friendly pedal guru.

+1 on Chad's service. I had a bd-2 modded by him (h2o mod) and it was back in my hands in about a week. It sounded incredible too...it's one pedal I really regret selling.

Ive dealt with both of these guys and like all of you have nothing but good words to say about both of them. Ethan over at Lovekraft has modded his own pedals for me, and months later when I had changed rigs and found that I wanted the pedal back to original specs he changed everything back quickly. Both of these guys make excellent pedals, both are very easy to contact and their customer service is excellent.

Just got my "Brownie" pedal from Chad at Cmatmods ,and all I can say is WOW! My initial impression after trying it out w/ 3 different Guitars all different ( sgl coil, h/b`s ) through the clean channel of my Mesa Boogie Nomad 55 1x12 ( Jensen Blackbird). I`m very impressed w/ the "Brownie", it`s the first pedal I`ve tried where I don`t need to stack it to get what I want from it! Great sustain and overdrive like an old Marshall cranked! Now I cant wait to try out the Wampler "Cranked AC"
