Can anyone here help me radius and groove my blank resonator saddle, please? I have a Republic resonator and I wanted to lower the action a bit. The height at the nut side is fine, but the action at the higher frets is a bit to high for comfortable fretting. I tried pulling the original saddle from the biscuit but it was stuck, like it was glued tight. Frank at Republic Guitars suggested that I wiggle it back and forth. Well, I cracked the saddle pon doing that. Frank, having such a good customer support, sent me a blank saddle and biscuit.
Now, my problem is that I don't have the knowledge and tools to take on the job. Is there anybody here who can make it possible for me please? Or at least point me to someone who could.
