L-Pad Installation help

Would anyone be able to tell me how to wire an L-Pad into the chassis of my Epi Valve Jr. head? I have posted a pic of the same setup by someone else who does it for money. I just can't see exactly where all his wires go to and from. I've seen proper schematics, but I'm not one who can read them 100% accurate.:)
