Mesa Lonestar - Pop when switching channels

Hi. I just received a Mesa Lonestar and I noticed two issues:

1. Buzz in channel 1 when the guitar is turned all the way down.
2. A loud pop when switching channels.

I'm going to contact Mesa later today but I just wanted get other LS owner feedback.

Is yours a Classic or Special? I have had both and each one has its own quirks
