May do some work on a 76 Silverface Twin we have at the studio. I've ordered a blackface parts kit to swap out the phase inverter resistors and change the bias circuit. I was wondering about the master volume that has a push/ pull knob. Should I get rid of this? If so, how do I do it? Also, there is a pot across 2 pins of V2. Is this a hum canceling feature? Should I keep that? Any thing else to consider when upgrading this amp?
