Pretty awesome. Looks like a Fender?

Do you think he is paying the Troggs for the rights to use Wild Thing? I assume he must. He's very hard on people using any of his music without permission, so I assume he must following protocol himself.
What effect is that stuttering at the end? A hard tremolo effect being looped?

I was under the impression that the producers of the show would be paying songwriters/publishers royalties to Tommy James (I guess he's the one who wrote "C&C") and whoever wrote Wild Thing. If he's recorded that medley, then he would be stupid to try to get around paying royalties.
I agree the stuttering effect is probably a hard tremolo. I don't hear anything that suggests looping, but they were shifting the panning back and forth - not just at the end but during the solo. It makes an interesting allusion to the original end of the Shondells' version.

He rocks the house every time.
As far as the effect on the end. I can get that with my semaphore. No I don't sound anything like prince, but the effect is not hard to get.

Interesting. This is a different band than the one he had on Leno recently.
