I just bought a Bad Cat WildCat 40R from a friend.
I've noticed that when using the half power mode there is noise. Static or something. It is relatively low volume. Doesn't change with the volume.
If I switch to full power, it's gone. Go back to half, it's there.
I'm still relatively new to tube amps.
Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? Any suggestions to remedy this. Thanks.
