Need a good bass, TMB tone stack for EF86

I have a 4xEl84 amp that I have a Ef86 and an extra, unused 12ax7 in. Right now it's just a Volume and tone for the Ef86 but I would like to put either a treble/bass or a TMB tone stack. I have the exrta 12ax7 I can use for a gain stage to deal with the signal loss of the stack. I just need a great topology for it. going into a 12ax7 PI and Cathode bias EL84s. Thanks!!
