Changing grille cloth?

I've found a few how-to's on changing grille cloth, but my bigger question is how do you remove the baffle on an amp when it's glued in place?

The amp in question is a 70's era Champ.

Don't the glued in baffles have the grill front/frame held in with velcro? I know they do with the bigger amps. Not sure about the champ...

Should be Velcro'd in. Might be stiff to get off, but it should come off. The baffle itself, is a whole different matter. Those are usually glued into a groove in the cabinet when the amp was put together. They don't come out without cutting.
