Best Nitro Tele Neck?

Who does the best job of applying thin nitro finishes on necks? I would prefer someplace that makes the necks as well such as Musickraft, etc. but it's not necessary. I am in need of a new maple fretboard Tele neck and would love a true thin nitro finish, not those thick so-called nitro finishes that some companies use (All Parts, etc).
