Looking for a thin body nylon string electric/acoustic. Would prefer a thinner neck than a traditional classical, which most of these seem to have. I've played a Gibson Chet Atkins, which I liked a lot - hard to find other than Ebay. Any other ideas out there? I like the Guild Paloma as well, but that's a bit pricey and don't see many of these for sale either. Any other thoughts would be appreciated.

Turner/Renaissance. THE state of the art in such guitars. Play and sound great. Different neck profiles and scale lengths available. None better.

Godin is another option.

Godin, or the Carvin NS-1.

I have a Godin Nylon Multiac Duet (with Piezo and Microphone) and can fully recommend it .. it plays so comfortably, the neck has just the right size.
Being able to mix Piezo and Mic signals makes it very versatile.. it has a XLR and a jack out and can be phantom-powered.
