That was amazing. Thanks for posting. His tone an phrasing with the LP was great The 335 sounded nice as well.

Tone with the 335 was boring, IMO. Tone with the Paul was delectable; love the solo at 3:27.

Great stuff.......as much as I love his tones and his growth I do miss him on a strat. Seems he never plays one anymore

It really is too bad, that gold sparkle one he had was particularly awesome. Here's an older clip of him using that one. I Don't Believe off of You & Me just has to be that Strat, it sounds exactly like it. That song may just be my favorite Strat song of all stime.

Joe stated that it's his Carol Ann JB-100 w/ heavy reverb combined with his Silver Jubilee Marshall w/ a Boss DD-3 in the loop. A mainstay of his live rig.
