I am looking for a circa 20AWG teflon insulated, shielded, single conductor hookup wire to use in my amp. Does anyone know a part number for such a wire?

Small-gauge Teflon shielded cable is widely available, however for most people the minimum order quantities of most suppliers (100ft or 500ft spools) are just way beyond reasonable in cost and sheer amount when someone just wants a few feet. I recommend Apex Jr. for smaller quantities. They also stock a wide & eclectic variety of electronic parts, supplies, components, and surplus sub-assemblies.
